Fitness Background & Training

I've spent the past 15 years in every industry EXCEPT the one that I'm truly passionate about and that has truly made me the person I am today.  Fitness is not only a passion but its is my therapy and key to long and healthy life.  Fitness changed me when I was over worked, stressed, lost, and had zero confidence.

In 2014 I received my yoga certification and proceeded to teach to high school athletes, corporate wellness classes and power yoga for the hard core yogi's.  

In addition I found myself teaching spin classes, so in 2017 I received my group fitness certification from AFAA as a way to further educate myself and continue to get involved in a variety of fitness styles and classes.  

While living in New York I was exposed so every type of fitness class at varying levels and have developed my own personal style to working out.   In order to avoid getting into a rut and to constantly stay on top of the latest and greatest exercises, I like to challenge my body with each new activity from barre, to HIIT to circuit training to weight training and more.  

I now teach group fitness in Denver, Colorado where I moved with my husband and baby in March 2018.  I teach everything from spinning, to gentle & flow yoga, to barre to HIIT/Bootcamp classes with private groups, individuals and in athletic clubs.  I absolutely love my job.  I love teaching and inspiring each of YOU every single day.

Education: Bachelor of Science, Institute for Integrative (IIN) Nutrition Health Coach Certification (graduation March 2019)
