My Story

 
 

 

My name is Angie, I am here to be your advocate, your mentor and guide along a path to lasting healthy lifestyle changes. I am a National Board Certified Health Coach on a mission to and long time health and wellness enthusiast that has working several years to change my own health behaviors.

I decided to start making changes, starting small and building a solid foundation built on health - mind, body and soul.

I think back to if I never started that journey again to find myself.  Where would my life be today? I’m not quite sure, but I do know that finding healing with food enabled me to live a life of freedom from food that had a bind over me for so many years. Fitness was another big component that has taught me discipline, a sense of accomplishment and most importantly gave me a sense of self to be able to respect myself and my body again.   Fitness and nutrition are part of my overall health and wellness and has taught me through experience and self reflection the value of leading a healthy lifestyle and learning to Glow from the Inside Out!    

Through my own health background and struggles I've taken an interest in helping to motivate and inspire others to want to BE WELL.  I received my Health Coaching Certification through Integrative Institute for Nutrition and most recently became Board Certified in 2020 from NBHWC (National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching).

My health and wellness journey started in fitness first, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and yoga and barre teacher with both a RYT Yoga Certification and Group Fitness Certification. This was, and still is a passion of mine seeing people come together to move their bodies to free the mind and soul! This foundation gave me the fundamentals to help others start to transform their bodies through fitness and nutrition while having a holistic understanding of how the body works from a mind, body and soul perspective.

I’m on a mission to teach the young and young at heart the value of living a healthy life by providing the tools and support for achieving individual health goals. 

I reside in Denver Colorado with my husband and two small children. I enjoy my outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, golfing as well as finding a way to move my body every single day. Movement is the center of my being, helping me to create the best version of myself - mind, body and soul.
