Beginner Yoga | Gentle Yoga for All Levels

After several requests from students, I decided to include yoga videos on my YouTube channel!

This channel was originally intended for anything I wanted including recipes, workouts, tips and more. However, depending on this feedback I would like to focus it more on workouts alone and leave my blog here to recipes.

Would love to hear your feedback. This is the first edition as I hope to include weekly yoga routines that cover all of your needs including Yoga for PMS, Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Depression, Yoga for Strength and etc.
